Free parking is located on the West side of the building. There is also paid street parking available off of Short Street. This parking is free M-F before 8AM and after 5PM, as well as free on Sat-Sun.

Studio clients may not be permitted into class 5 minutes past the start of class. This ensures the safety and enjoyment of all of our clients.
Live Stream clients may sign in using their link at any time during the class.

If you need to leave your studio class early please let your instructor know ahead of time. They will find you a place close to the exit to minimize distractions. We also ask that you leave your equipment and we will take care of putting it away for you.

You should wear athletic wear that is comfortable to move in. Athletic shoes are required for all classes except Drip and Drenched. Shop Eleventh House for everything you will need and more to show-up looking ready to sweat.

Yes. Studio 11 does not supply yoga mats or yoga towels. The Eleventh House store located in our basement has yoga mats and yoga towels available for purchase.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be canceled without penalty by canceling up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. This may be done online via a client’s account, or by calling the studio during regular operating hours and confirming with studio staff. Once the class is canceled within this time, the class will be returned to the clients’ account, and the client will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Cancellations via electronic mail (email), Facebook messenger, Instagram, or other social media, voice message, text message are not valid and the member will be charged.
DROP-IN/CLASS PACKS: If you do not cancel within the 12-hour window or do not show up for your scheduled class, your class will be forfeited.
MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS: If you do not cancel within the 12-hour requisite window or do not show up for your scheduled class, a late cancel/no show fee of $15 will be charged to your account. If you are on an auto-debit contract or unlimited package and do not have a working card on file for such fees, your package will be reduced by one day and your auto-debit contract will be suspended upon the subsequent month’s renewal.
The no-show and late-cancel fees apply to ALL clients equally.
If you book multiple classes or waitlist multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy outlined above. Studio 11 staff cannot be held responsible for accidental bookings by clients, double bookings, or double waitlisted classes made by members. Late-cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy for double bookings.
WAITLIST: In the event, a scheduled class is booked to capacity, you may place yourself on the waitlist for the class. If you add yourself to a waitlist, YOU are solely responsible for managing your bookings and for canceling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy. The system will auto-populate clients into class from the waitlist as soon as other clients with confirmed spots cancel, and class slots will be assigned as such. Studio 11 staff cannot make class slots for clients in classes that are completely full with waitlists.

We have all sacrificed so much and we are thankful to be open. We are asking our clients and teachers to follow some very important policies to help keep us all safe.
1. Do not attend class if you have any COVID symptoms, have a pending COVID test, and/or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID.
2. Wear a mask until you arrive at your spot in class.
3. Temperatures will be taken upon arrival.
4. Teachers will not be using hands-on corrections.
5. Keep 6 feet away from others while in the building.
6. Please sanitize your hands before starting class.
7. Equipment will be sanitized between classes and may cause delays.
